Qualifications:
- Positive attitude and love for children
- High School diploma required
- 1 year previous experience working in a daycare or childcare facility
- Associate or Bachelor of Arts in Early Childhood Education or Child Development Associate (CDA) for a LEAD position
- Meets background check eligibility
- Ability to effectively communicate with parents regarding their child's day
- Strong classroom management skills
- Dependable and adaptable and enjoys working in a team environment
